All the travel plans should be finalized with the company before the actual arrival in Nepal so that there are no confusions regarding the services we provide and there's no misunderstanding between the guests and the company.
We intend to provide all the services which we promise to our clients and we make sure that all of our clients are well looked after. All the tour packages that we plan will be made in close proximity with the views from our clients and we will discuss the matter with all of our clients and take their suggestions in these matters as well.
Regarding the costs:
All the information regarding the costs will be made clear to the clients in the beginning so that there won't be any sort of problems in the future dealings with the company.
The cost quotations will be provided in the most prevalent currencies such as Dollar, Pounds or Euros. For Nepalese, the cost quotation will be provided in Nepalese Rupees.
Payment Structure:
* The first half of payment has to be made during the booking
* After the initial pick up and drop at the designated hotel the second half of the payment has to be made
* In this way, the full payment of the tour package in made by the clients
Refund:
We believe in providing our services at an affordable price but sometimes due to uncertain conditions of the country or in case we are unable to fulfill our promises we intend to return the money back to our clients. Once the booking is made and the initial payment is made to the company we will be completely responsible for the client's travel plans and once you land in Nepal and the second payment is made, we intend to provide all of our services at your disposal but in certain cases if we are unable to operate a well functioning travel and tour package to our clients then we intend to take responsibility and we will return the money that we might have taken from our clients.
Note: The money will not be returned if the client is unable to reach the destination in time. We will not be responsible for the reckless behaviors of the clients and we will not bear any responsibility for the lost baggage or luggage during the course of the journey unless the losses of luggage or baggage are due to the negligence of the company.

Cash Payments
Cash payments may be received in our Kathmandu City office at Thamel, Tridevi Marg, Kathmandu, Nepal and should NOT be sent by regular mail, in parcels or by any other non-secure method, without prior written approval from Sahara Worldwide Travel & Tours (P.) Ltd. All CASH payments as-well as any other payment method, will be provided with an official receipt from SAHARA WORLDWIDE TRAVEL & TOURS (P.) LTD
upon acknowledgement of such cash payments as soon as possible.
Cheque
As the processing of cheques takes a lengthy time period, any payments made via cheques will not be considered "paid" until the cheques are verified by our concerned banks and cleared for payments.
Credit Cards
For security reasons, all the payments made via credit cards will be processed in the presence of the card holder himself/herself. Misuse of someone else's card is a criminal offence and such behaviour will not be tolerated by our company and its staff members. We strongly recommend you to provide the full details regarding the card holder so that we can keep proper records of the cards processed by us and the transaction details according to the transaction dates.

Receipt of Payment
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive the following, (1) a receipt of acknowledgment of the transfer of funds to SAHARA WORLDWIDE TRAVEL AND TOURS (P.) LTD, (2) a detailed trip itinerary, (3) Airline tickets (as required).
