The Everest Base Camp trekking course is most representative of the Nepal Himalaya; it follows the main route through the Khumbu region from the Sherpa town of Namche Bazar, allowing the trekker to view close at hand some of the world’s highest and most famous peaks from Everest on down. The course is varied-you encounter Lamas and see Gompas (monasteries), Chorten (Stupas), and Mani stone (Pryer walls).

Option 1: -

Everest Trek Day 1 Katmandu to Lukla (flight) Lukla to Phakding (2600m.)
Everest Trek Day 2 Phakding to Namche (3440m.) NB: Local Sherpa market can be observe every Saturday until 11AM. Everest Trek Day 3 Rest day at Namche for the acclimatization.
Everest Trek Day 4 Namche to Tengboche (3867m.)
Everest Trek Day 5 Tengboche to Pheriche
Everest Trek Day 6 Pheriche to Lobuche (4930m.)
Everest Trek Day 7 Lobuche to Kalapathar via Gorakshep and overnight at Gorakshep.
Everest Trek Day 8 Gorakshep to Everest Base Camp and for the overnight at Lobuche.
Everest Trek Day 9 Lobuche to Pangbuche (3958m.)
Everest Trek Day 10 Pangboche to Sanasa (3550m.)
Everest Trek Day 11 Sanasa to Kumjung Valley
Everest Trek Day 12 Kumjung to Manjo (2760m.)
Everest Trek Day 13 Manjo to Lukla
